5. Limitation of Liability

True Machinery is a marketplace. We do not own or sell the equipment listed (unless explicitly stated). We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, or for any damages arising from the use of our platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in harmful conduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
